Other Services

We provide services for Criminal Rehabilitation, Permanent Resident Card Renewal, Canadian Citizenship, etc.

Other Services

  • Criminal Rehabilitation

We assist you in applying for criminal rehabilitation. If you have a criminal record such as a DUI, you may be inadmissible to Canada. Therefore, it is best to have it removed before applying for a temporary or permanent resident visa so that the criminal record will have no impact in the processing of your application.

  • Canada Citizenship

To apply for Canadian citizenship, you should meet some requirements such as residency obligations, tax filing, English or French skills, and the passing of the citizenship test. You can apply if you have lived in Canada for 1,095 days (3 years) out of the last 5 years at the time of application. *The citizenship test and proof of language skills are exempt for 55 years of age and older

  • Permanent Resident Card Renewal

When you become a permanent resident, you can enjoy the right to live and work anywhere in Canada. Make sure you carry a valid PR card to return to Canada by airplane, boost, train or bus. It is recommended that you apply for PR card renewal 9 months before it expires to avoid any inconveniences when traveling.

  • Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD)

If you travel without your PR card, you must apply for a Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD) at the nearest Visa Application Centre (VAC).

  • Permanent Residence Renunciation

If you have not met the residency obligations because you lived outside of Canada for more than 730 days in the past five years, you may renounce your permanent resident status or appeal the decision to the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), depending on your situation.
